As a hosted application implemented and managed by Zinc Ahead, user requirements to access Zinc MAPS are minimal:
PC: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
Browsers: Internet Explorer v6+, Chrome, Firefox
Acrobat (optional): Standard/Professional 6+
Mac: OS X 10.5 (Leopard), OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), OS X 10.7 (Lion), OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion)
Browsers: Safari
Acrobat (optional): Standard/Professional 8+
iPad: iOS 5
Browsers: Safari, Chrome
Firewall configuration is occasionally required to facilitate all Zinc MAPS features.
