Approval System) is a web-based application, which places the entire approval
process online. By linking approval stakeholders and third parties - such as
advertising and PR agencies - together in a secure, online environment, Zinc MAPS
breaks down geographical barriers, promoting faster and more cost-effective approval.
Zinc MAPS users can access their job bags remotely, allowing the approval process
to continue when key stakeholders are out of the office. And,
unlike other non sector-specific document management systems, Zinc MAPS facilitates
easy tailoring of workflows at the individual job level; allows references to
be hyperlinked to the point required in a piece undergoing review; and provides
a highly intuitive user interface requiring no specialist IT knowledge.
