Active jobs
The ActiveJobs page shows all of the jobs for which you are
a team member. Each job is listed on this screen, with icons
displaying the status of the job. The four jobs in this example
are all at different stages of review. |

Job summary
At the individual job level, the Job Summary screen provides
an overview of the piece including:
- The current location of the job
- Names of the review team members
- The job type
- The objective of the job

Route map
The Route Map provides an indelible audit trail of progress
of the job through review. Every edit to the job is recorded
as well as the name of the reviewer responsible. Each review
step is timed, enabling delays to be quickly identified and
addressed.
The full Route Map is stored even once the job is archived. |

Review window
An immensely powerful tool, the Review Window enables reviewers
to comment on materials undergoing approval using the full range
of functionality provided by Adobe Acrobat.
In addition, unique Zinc MAPS functionality enables references
to be hyperlinked to jobs undergoing review. |

Reference
Available at the touch of a button, reviewers can choose to
view just the statement supporting a promotional claim, or see
the quote in the context of the full clinical paper.
The References functionality is proven to generate significant
time savings for reviewers. |
