Account Management
All of our Account Managers have worked in the pharmaceutical industry, on either the client or agency side, prior to joining Zinc Ahead Ltd. In fact, they have all used Zinc MAPS in their previous roles before joining us.

Zinc Ahead Ltd provides comprehensive training for every user of Zinc MAPS. In addition, we provide a raft of on–line help, refresher videos and, of course, the helpdesk.
However, our experience has shown that nothing beats one of our Account Managers being on–site during the first few weeks of a new Zinc MAPS implementation. It is for this reason that we provide on–site support as standard for the first month of each Zinc MAPS project, and continue to provide it as necessary on an ongoing basis.
